Abstract

Work from home, Back to Office on three days a week, Blended Work, Distributed teams has become the new norm. Is it possible to be productive when PMs may not have any opportunity to meet their new team members as they have been on boarded virtually? Will one size fits all work or do PMs have to develop their own leadership/coaching style to communicate with their team members? This session will cover hands activities for quick reflection on application of the learning
