PMP QUEST
Course Content
The 35-hour contact course is mandatory for candidates wanting to appear for the PMP certification Exam and is designed towards exam preparation. The course is based on PMI's Exam Course Outline and comprising three domains of People, Process and Business Environment. These three domains will be covered through the following five topics:
Candidates will have access to the following:
- Creating a High Performance Team,
- Starting the Project,
- Doing the Work,
- Keeping the Team on track and
- Keeping the Business in Mind.
Sample tests will be conducted after each session to provide an idea of the type of questions one should be ready to tackle in the PMP certification exam. Finally a session will be held on what to expect in the exam and how previous successful candidates prepared for the PMP Certification.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training program in order to get the 35 PDU certificate.
