Abstract
The dynamics of Program management is changing rapidly and the expectations of the Program managers have gone beyond delivering projects. They are now required to be the eyes and ears of the corporates to provide insights into the industry they are operating in and grow business for the corporates. The program managers are now required to be enhance their capabilities as industry consultants requiring diverse knowledge in the areas of Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations etc.
