About the speaker

EHS professional with 20 Plus years of experience in environmental, health and safety management working with teams across verticals to build, strategies and achieve organizational health and safety objectives. Played a key role in leading organization toward elimination of work place injuries to people through policies, robust assessment processes & employee engagement initiatives. Developed a safety management program with the subcontractors, build a robust on-boarding & monitoring process for their safety performances.

Seamlessly working with business leaders in risk identification, developing strategies & employee engagement Initiatives to achieve our vision of Zero Harm to people and environment. Lead global strategic projects in developing safe work standards/programs with global ehs team. Hands on experience in mentoring and building professional teams.

During the journey played a key role in setting up facilities, good understanding of the regulatory frame work, worked with team to timely obtained all environmental & safety related regulatory grants. Implemented the ISO processes & certification of facilities for ISO systems, product safety certifications (TUV, CE & ISI mark ) for solar photo-voltaic products are few key accomplishments.
