About the speaker

A former Head HR & Business leader with trusted history of 24 plus years in Strategic, operational and global HR practices. He held the position of Vice President, General Manager & Director of HR, Quality, IT & General affairs in various assignments covering 15K employees & casuals at multi-location IT ODCs, Manufacturing facilities, R&D Centers, Global EPC project sites and Sales organization with global organizations like IBM, iGATE, Biocon & Mitsubishi. He has led large scale ups from US$180M to US$700M and global HR teams both in India, APAC & EMEA. He specializes in Talent transformation, Succession, Compensation & benefits benchmarking and structural change initiatives. He also has driven M&As, global programs in PCMM, GPTW, ASCA, ITCS204, ISO 9000 & BS27K standards/framework. He has pioneered in establishing COEs for PMP, Career management, L&D and Sales with specialist change management programs in association with WeSchool, PMI, Mercer, Korn ferry. In accordance he & his teams are recipient of many Indian & Global awards like BRAVO at IBM, NHRD & Peopleconnect awards for Best HR Practices, Best L&D Practices, CEO award and APAC Leadership award at Singapore

On the academic front he holds a Doctorate, An Executive Leadership PG from Jack Welch Management Institute, an Executive Diploma from University of London in Organization design and a Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India certified Corporate Director.

From a CSR perspective, he undertakes weekend soft skills training at NGOs with underprivileged girls and a fundraiser through marathon runs.
