Its a buzz word, forever an example of newer ways of working and a mandate for corporates in these challenging & fast changing times. Agile has been around for 2 decades and corporates are finding it difficult to adopt & implement Agile effectively. 4+ years at Bread Financial, built & nurtured a 120+ member team, working across IT & O. IT Set up & management of the Infrastructure operations with a focus on Cloud, Network & End User Support. Software Development & Delivery across functional domain areas with efforts in building the Automation & Information Security teams. Currently focusing on engineering in the Acquisition & Shops space with IT leadership for the Bangalore site.
Education and professional background:
Bachelors of Engineering in Information Science with an MBA in Product Leadership having 23+ years of experience in leading & building teams across IT functions & managing multi million dollar projects with strong skills in planning, strategy & execution. Experience in setting up Captive Capability Centers with a strong focus on Automation, Technology management & Governance across US, EMEA & APAC. Prior to Bread was with State Street Global Advisors & Tata Consultancy Services. Certified in Project Management & Agile.
