Abstract

Emotional intelligence involves using individual ‘s emotions intelligently to harness the power of many working with him/her, to achieve the desired objectives. In case of project management the project manager is required to accomplish the completion the project successfully in time , within budget and with required quality.

This is to recognize / regulate emotions in our selves and others emotions , so that no emotional break down happens in while working on the project causing communication issues, interpersonal issues, conflicts, in the team causing poor performance of team working..

About the speaker

Worked in various capacities in project management area , in Bharat Electronics ( BEL) , for nearly four decades. Served as board member for seven years in PMI Bangalore ( India ) chapter. Currently working a project management consultant and corporate trainer in M.S.Project and Primavera. Authorized PMP trainer of PMI, for PMP.
