Topic Description:

The Speaker conveys

“As an employee, we often cage ourselves with self-limiting beliefs in the name of organizational boundaries, processes adherence and bureaucracy. But the fact is, at times we are too comfortable getting paid for our attendance!!

Imagine if each employee of the organization worked as if the associated business was his or her own!! The organization would see multifold growth in Innovation and see increased speed of execution, while reducing overheads.

Employees would not blame each other or the system for not letting them put their idea into execution. It is in this context, that I wish to discuss with you about employees, known as the Intrapreneurs. As per definition, "An Intrapreneur is a person within a large corporation who takes direct responsibility for turning an idea into a profitable finished product through assertive risk-taking and innovation"..”

This Session aims to share the case for being an Intrapreneur, few case studies of Intrapreneurs and the core competencies of an Intrapreneur.

Expected Take-away:

- Audience would be able to free themselves from self-limiting beliefs of organizational boundaries and begin to think as Entrepreneur (without leaving their current job).

- Audience would Understand the core-competencies of Intrapreneurs for attaining fulfilment in their jobs and jubilantly succeeding in their endeavours.
